The Strategic Technology & E-Commerce Real Estate Index seeks to provide total return by investing in a passively managed, concentrated portfolio of companies in the telecommunications infrastructure, internet and cloud infrastructure, life science and biotechnology infrastructure,  and e-commerce and logistics infrastructure properties.

  • Designed to capture the entire technology and E-Commerce real estate industry.
  • Targets companies in the US and developed markets that specialize in the:
    • Telecommunications Infrastructure Sub-Sector: Includes companies that own or lease cellular towers and fiber optic networks.
    • Internet & Cloud Infrastructure Sub-Sector: Includes companies that own or lease data centers, and/or real estate.
    • Life Science & Biotechnology Infrastructure Sub-Sector: Includes companies that own or lease including lab space
    • E-Commerce & Logistics Infrastructure Sub-Sector: Includes companies that own or lease distribution centers and industrial properties
  • Companies are initially identified by industry and sector and are then further reviewed based on operations related to Technology & E-Commerce Real Estate activities.
  • The index is composed of the 50 or so largest eligible companies using float adjusted capitalization, and the largest companies make up a greater percentage of the overall portfolio.
