Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly

Kevin is the Founder, CEO, and CCO of Kelly Intelligence, an investment management and intelligence firm that seeks to bring cutting-edge products.

Mr. Kelly is responsible for ETF product design, structuring, managing retail and institutional investment research. He also serves as a portfolio manager to the firm’s actively managed exchange-traded funds to which they advise or sub-advise.

He also serves as the CEO of Kelly Benchmark Indexes, which is the index provider, and sponsor, of the SRVR and INDS ETFs which he commanded to have over $2.1 billion while proving the indexes.

In September 2014, Nasdaq named Kevin an ‘ETF Insider,’ and he is a recognized leader in ETF design, distribution and growth with his extensive track record of launching multi-billion dollar ETFs. Kevin’s thought leadership on markets, derivatives, e-commerce, and technology can be found weekly in top media outlets.

Previously, he is most notably known as the creator of the QYLD ETF. While managing that fund, he created the BXNT index (CBOE NASDAQ 100 BuyWrite V2 Index) it currently tracks, alongside CBOE and Nasdaq, by changing the option component for real world application. Kevin led the initial public offering of the NYSE: EGIF closed-end fund after creating a custom options strategy for the portfolio. He previously worked for Goldman Sachs in the investment management division and Deutsche Bank’s debt capital markets group in London.

Krista Kelly

Krista Kelly

Krista Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer, is a recognized innovator and leader within the asset management industry. She oversees Kelly Intelligence’s operations, compliance, marketing, and distribution. She is currently the CMO of Kelly Benchmark Indexes where she is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm and the timely execution of key business marketing initiatives for the Kelly SRVR and INDS Indexes. She is also in charge of education and investor outreach efforts, including business development among investment advisors, financial planners, investment counselors and family offices.

Gerry O'Donnell

Gerry O'Donnell

Gerry O’Donnell, Director of Capital Markets, is experienced in institutional financial markets and trading. He also serves as a portfolio manager to the firm’s actively managed exchange-traded funds to which they advise or sub-advise.

His expertise is in a variety of asset classes and financial instruments – both listed and over-the-counter, from equities to asset-backed credit derivatives and other structured products. Gerry has been at the center of 25 years of trading electronification, and the disintermediation between end-user retail customers and the wholesale financial marketplace.

Gerry’s most recent endeavor was as the founding CEO, and subsequently as COO, of Roberts & Ryan Investments Inc – a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) broker dealer. Gerry led the firm out of operational dormancy following its purchase and takeover. The firm’s business included US capital markets primary issuance underwriting, and alternatively, secondary agency trading of US and EU local equities, corporate bonds, and municipal bonds. The firm served marquee asset managers with global exposure seeking diversity in their service providers by doing business with military veteran-owned firms in the US capital markets.

Gerry, co-founder of Blue Ocean, a decade long project which is now a US based broker-dealer and Alternative Trading System enabling the electronic trading, by globally connected participants, of US listed securities during US nighttime hours (ie. exactly during the Asian daytime) – the first of its kind.

Gerry resigned from military service at the rank of Captain after having served honorably in the Army’s Military Police Corps. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics, and an Army Officer’s commission, from the United States Military Academy, at West Point.
